2020 into 2021 has been extremely exhausting for me. I’m sure it has been for a lot of you as well. So much loss and so many life altering changes. All things I don’t deal with well. Actually these are things that I avoid dealing with altogether.
I usually don’t express my feelings vocally, but, I decided to start my blog which is something I’ve been wanting to do for a really long time. I guess it has kind of been like a therapy for me. Some people journal, some people meditate or do yoga, some people go to therapy, some people, like me now, blog.
The time I spend blogging forces me to take my mind off of all the mess going on in the world. What are some things you do to give your mind a break?
