Workout Plan

Anyone else have an idea of what they want their bodies to look like but don’t actually put in the work to get it there or is it just me? According to a lot of people who know me, nothing is wrong with my body. I wear a size 0 so they think I’m almost “perfect”. But it’s not really the body I want. (A lot of my clothes have to be altered in order to fit me properly). I’d like to add 15 to 20 pounds, a bigger butt, (not too big), a flat/toned stomach,(not hard), bigger boobs,(that match my body). After breastfeeding 3 kids, my boobs are almost completely flat and on top of that, they’re droopy. Since I can fix everything by myself, except for my boobs, I need to just do it!

It won’t take much to get to where I want to be, but I need to work out. I always plan to do that after work, but as soon as I get home, I head to the kitchen to make dinner. By the time I’m done, I just want to relax. But, this has been my year of changes and transformations. There’s no more “I want to“, now it’s “I’m going to“. Being tired, will no longer be an excuse for me.

I figured if I put it out there for everyone to see and share my progress, then I don’t have a choice. You guys have to hold me accountable, lol. So I’ve posted a pic of my current body, my goal body, and some of the exercises and equipment that I’ll be using to achieve this goal.
