My All Natural Cold Remedy

I know right now every sniffle, sneeze, stuffy nose, sore throat or cough you may have, the first thing that pops into our heads is “CORONA VIRUS“,(maybe it is….go get tested!) But guess what guys….colds and flus still exists! 

We should all use vitamins and/or herbs on the regular to try to prevent sickness and lessen the severity of the symptoms that comes with it, but we don’t. I don’t use vitamins as often as I should, but every morning, I make a cup of turmeric or ginger tea and take it with me to work. When I use the turmeric tea bags, I add a few slices of raw ginger, depending on how “spicy” I want the tea,  1 garlic clove sliced, and honey. And no, it’s not nasty! But at the first sniffle, cough, or itch in my throat, I use the same recipe and add dried elderberries. You could also add a slice of lemon if you’re feeling frisky. When I make ginger tea, I’ll add raw ginger, garlic and honey as well. So far, this has worked for me and my family.
